These came out to be a medium sized roll, don't mind the lazy rolling job they could be better formed. As you can see they're a big hit in our house with only 4 left 1 day after baking!
Ingredients:
3 cups (360 g) All Purpose Flour
1 cup (240 ml) warm water (110°F)
2 tsp sugar or honey (I love to use honey)
2 ¼ tsp (7 g) active dry yeast
1 ½ tsp salt
2 tbsp oil or melted butter
Instructions:
Mix yeast, warm water, and sugar. Let foam 5 min.
Stir in flour, salt, oil. Knead until smooth (8 min).
Cover, rise 1 hr.
Divide into 8 pieces. Shape into rolls, place on greased sheet.
Rise 30 min.
Bake 375°F for 15–18 min until golden.
Side Notes: I've noticed if you're using the King Arthur Flour it requires more water so I'd just add a TBSP at a time until desired consistency has been reached.
With Love Enjoy LP
