🍎🍌 Apple Banana Smoothie for Toddlers

Ingredients:
½ ripe banana
½ small apple (peeled and diced, or unsweetened applesauce – about ¼ cup)
½ cup whole milk (or breast milk, formula, or unsweetened oat milk)
2 tbsp plain whole milk yogurt (for creaminess and probiotics)
Optional: a dash of cinnamon or a few oats for extra fiber
Instructions:
Blend all ingredients until smooth.
Serve in a cup or straw cup with supervision.
Chill slightly or serve immediately.
P.S. I like to put this into a reusable silicone pouch for my little one to snack on! I also like to do this smoothie in the morning since its full of sugar.
