🍎🍌 Apple Banana Smoothie for Toddlers

Ingredients:

  • ½ ripe banana

  • ½ small apple (peeled and diced, or unsweetened applesauce – about ¼ cup)

  • ½ cup whole milk (or breast milk, formula, or unsweetened oat milk)

  • 2 tbsp plain whole milk yogurt (for creaminess and probiotics)

  • Optional: a dash of cinnamon or a few oats for extra fiber


Instructions:

  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth.

  2. Serve in a cup or straw cup with supervision.

  3. Chill slightly or serve immediately.


P.S. I like to put this into a reusable silicone pouch for my little one to snack on! I also like to do this smoothie in the morning since its full of sugar.
