Carb Healthy Pasta

You will need:

(1 Serving)

Water for the pasta

Medium pot

Strainer

Frying pan

2 to 3 oz of any pasta

44g of mixed veggies (I get frozen ready)

1 tsp of onion powder

1 tsp of garlic powder

A pinch of salt

A pinch of pepper

1 tsp of red curry paste

Healthy butter spray to coat


First start that water! Fill about half the pot with water add to your stove on high heat until boiling.

Once boiling add in your pasta and set a timer for 10 minutes.

Measure out 44 grams of veggies and microwave for 1 minute (if frozen).

Move back to the pasta. Drain and add to a bowl add in your butter spray to coat and your curry paste.

Move back to veggies. Add veggies to the frying pan on medium heat coat with butter spray, let it sizzle a little, then add your onion powder and garlic.

Once veggies are slightly browned add to the bowl of pasta add with salt and pepper and mix it!
