Easy Haddock and Rice 🍚

Great easy dinner microwave friendly!
Ingredients
1 cup dry rice
2 cups water
Butter spray
Pot with lid
Haddock Fillets of choice
Plate
Wax paper
1 tbsp Onion Powder
1 tbsp Garlic Powder
Salt and Pepper
First add your rice, butter spray and water into the pot, cover with lid and add it to stove top on high heat. Monitor for boiling.
Add your fillets to the plate and put into the microwave on defrost for the instructed time frame based your fillet size. Once water is boiling on rice, turn to med/low and continue cooking for 12-15 minutes. Once fillets are defrosted add your onion and garlic powder to each side of your fillet, cover with wax paper and cook it 1:30 on each side flipping it in between increments.
Once both have been completed, add to a plate and add salt and pepper to taste.
