Servings: 6. Ingredients:
10 large eggs
1 cup heavy cream
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp dried parsley
1 cup cooked and crumbled sausage or bacon
1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
1/2 cup diced ham or extra sausage (optional for more protein)
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease an 8x8-inch baking dish.
In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, heavy cream, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and parsley.
Stir in the cooked sausage or bacon and half the shredded cheese.
Pour the egg mixture into the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle the remaining cheese evenly on top.
Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until the eggs are fully set and the top is golden brown.
Let cool for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
