🥭 Mango Green Toddler Smoothie

🥦 Ingredients:
½ cup frozen mango chunks
¼ cup cooked and cooled carrot
¼ cup baby spinach and kale
¼ cup full-fat Greek yogurt (or coconut yogurt for dairy-free)
½ cup unsweetened oat milk or other preferred milk
1 tsp chia seeds or ground flaxseed (optional, for fiber + healthy fats)
Optional: 1–2 frozen strawberries or a few cubes of cooked beet for a color and flavor twist
Directions:
Toss everything into a blender and blend until smooth.
Add more milk to thin it if needed.
Serve with a straw or in a sippy cup — or freeze it into popsicles!
P.S. I don't always use milk, often I just use water.
