To create a version of Sweet Baby Ray's Secret Dipping Sauce, you can use natural ingredients and reduce sugar and unhealthy fats.

Healthy Sweet Baby Ray's Secret Dipping Sauce: 8 servings (2 tablespoons per serving):

Ingredients:

- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (plain, non-fat or low-fat)

- 1/4 cup low-sugar ketchup (or homemade ketchup)

-1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar (for tanginess)

- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (adjust for sweetness)

- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika (for a smoky flavor)

- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

-1/4 teaspoon of Horseradish

- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Mix Ingredients: In a bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, low-sugar ketchup, apple cider vinegar, honey (or maple syrup), Dijon mustard, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.

2. Season: Add salt and pepper to taste. Mix well until smooth.

3. Taste and Adjust: Adjust sweetness or tanginess by adding more honey or vinegar, as desired.

4. Chill: Let the sauce sit in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to meld the flavors.

5. Serve: Enjoy as a dipping sauce for veggies, chicken, or as a spread!

This version cuts down on sugar and uses yogurt for creaminess while retaining flavor. Enjoy!
